






About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Financial Accountant to join the Capital Markets Accounting Operations (CMAO) - Affiliate Funding team. This position is specifically responsible for providing accounting expertise, monitoring, problem solving and maintenance of Wells Fargo affiliate funding products.
In this role, you will:
- Build/review affiliate funding trades within the SimCorp Dimension system of record
- Perform the daily review of affiliate related activity in SimCorp Dimension monitoring incoming/outgoing interfaces and cash movements
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures regarding the distribution and monitoring of intercompany funding
- Partner with multiple business lines throughout the firm researching and responding to their funding needs
- Prepare/review cash movements within multiple cash applications
- Perform multiple work functions in a fast-paced environment and assist with a variety of projects/initiative in support of corporate goals and initiatives.
- Perform complex activities associated with maintaining ledger accounts, developing financial statements and regulatory reports
- Review data from the general ledger, unit reports and various financial systems to ensure accuracy
- Analyze projects relating to financial accounting procedures, methods or systems
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Financial Reporting, Accounting Reporting or Risk Reporting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or economics
- Experience with cash operations
- Experience with SimCorp Dimension, Oracle Iris Web, Power BI
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with COSO and audit coordination
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$63,600.00 - $113,000.00Benefits
