Marketing Specialist (Internal Comms)
Position Overview
Our Association client is seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to join their team in a freelance to full-time position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance internal communications and overall brand presence. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise and a strong focus on fostering effective communication within the organization.
This role is:
-Located in St. Louis, MO
-Hybrid; primarily remote but they host a monthly collaboration week where you will be asked to be in-office every day during that week.
-Freelance to full-time
-ASAP start date
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to improve internal communications.
- Create engaging content for internal newsletters, emails, and other communication platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing initiatives.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Assist in managing marketing projects and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
- Support the development of internal marketing materials to promote company initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, ideally in an internal communications capacity
- Excellent writing skills with samples across email, social, and web.
- Strong understanding of internal communications strategies and tools.
- Previous experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
